Located at McMichael and Ridge Roads in Collier Township, Pennsylvania, Settlers Cabin Business Center is less than one mile from I-79 and equidistant from downtown Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh International Airport.

Settlers Cabin Business Center will be comprised of nine buildings containing a total of 190,000 square feet. The buildings contain a minimum of 75 percent office, with the remaining space available to accommodate warehouse, light assembly, or storage with drive-in access at the rear. Fiber optics are available. Interior layouts can be custom designed to suit individual tenant needs. Building 100 consists of 24,000 square feet and  Building 300 consists of  22,000 square feet.
